An authentic, finely hand-crafted miniature wall bracket or shelf displaying signature Moorish Revival architecture and Islamic woodwork aesthetics. The shelf structure features an overhanging display platform supported by dual structural brackets and dropped finials, framing a central horseshoe archway. A central miniature window screen showcase is filled with exceptionally delicate mashrabiya (turned-wood lattice work). Alternating stripes of dark wood and cream-toned natural shell line the face of the arches in a traditional ablaq masonry style. The lower backplate transitions into a shaped apron detailed with hand-carved floral scrolls and a lower geometric star medallion showcasing fine mother-of-pearl mosaic intarsia.
